You are in pain, are feeling tight, strained or you are experiencing an illness and/or aren't sleeping well. You aren't at the "top of your game" and you just want to feel better and get back to living the life you want to live. 

You have come to the right place.

I am a registered Kinesiologist, with a BSc. in Kinesiology, and yoga teacher, and a trainer of yoga teachers. I have been successfully helping people get out of pain, out of tightness, and on the road to recouperation and rejuvenation since 1995. My programs have been studied at the University of Calgary, and the success of those programs are published in mainstream medical journals. I've published a series of best selling yoga books, have been quoted and highlighted in Canadian and US magazines, and have had a chapter written about me in soon to be released book Sadhana, by Victoria Bailey, a book that chronicles the how a 10 internationally-known yoga teachers view the practice of yoga.

I've had experiences not dissimilar to yours.  The truth is that all experiences of trauma, illness or pain are distinct. And, there is a certain knowing, a certain understanding that comes from "having been in a crappy place" and not living the life you want to live, and "getting out of the crap" and into something great.  It is one of the many reasons why I am so successful helping people get out of pain, of managing their illness, recovering from fatigue, and getting back to the life they want to live.

I am also an avid downhill skiier, a powder hound really, and in the past have been coerced into a running a half marathon. More recently I've been bitten by the allure that comes with the game of golf, and am returning to a childhood love of sailing. And, truthfully, while I am a yogi at heart, I do consider great wine, dark beer and a fabulous pizza from Una, Double Zero or WOP as absolute necessities.

There is both a seriousness and lightness that is part of this journey of getting well and getting back to the life you want. If you see that for yourself, then I will enjoy working with you.
