Susi is a registered Kinesiologist, certified yoga instructor and anatomy trainer who wants to help you get well and stay well so you can live the life you want to live at home, work and play.

Private Yoga Sessions: Relax, Unwind, Become Mobile, Flexible and Strong
These private sessions are designed for people with pain, injury or illness who want to cultivate relaxation, strength and ease from the inside out. The sessions will help you to get out of pain, regain functional movement and improve your wellbeing. All sessions are restorative and therapeutic focusing on rest and relaxation while gently developing strength, stability, mobility and ease. Each session is specific to you and your lifestyle. Whether you travel for business, or train for triathlons, whether you are in the midst of medical treatment or you have completed medical treatment, whether you have 15 minutes in your day or 1 hour, the programs are designed to work for you so that you can experience success while getting out of pain.
The Executive Yoga Program : Overcoming the Wrath of Your Success
The common elements between all the Executives and other Professionals who Susi teaches are that their personality traits and inner drive that has led to their success have also been contributing to their fatigue, insomnia and/or illness. Their typical behaviours of “thinking” themselves better, or “pushing through” the pain or “pulling themselves up by the bootstraps” and not letting their symptoms “beat them”, are no longer working and are at a loss for what to do next. Many have already been to several doctors, the Mayo Clinic, and are still suffering. They don’t want to give up their job, and they want to retain or recapture the lifestyle they once had.
This is a customized, ongoing monthly program that lasts for 6-12 months and is designed to develop a new framework for a vibrant and healthy lifestyle. Our approach is non-intrusive - one of the key elements of this program is you will not be giving up any of skills that helped you achieve the success you have, rather you will enhance and build upon them.
We will begin with an analysis and planning session, which will be supported by a customized yoga session. Susi will connect with you via email to support your progress. Depending on your needs, she may refer you to other professionals who she closely works with and who deliver remarkable results. Her referral team includes a Naturopath, Herbalist, Acupuncturist, several Physiotherapists, Myofascial Therapists, a Personal Assistant/Organizer, and Executive Business Coaches.
