Imagine a Pain Free Yoga Practice. One that is fluid, easy, and strong.
As we advance in our yoga asana practice, sometimes physical issues show up - issues such as a tight shoulder, a sore back, or pain in the sacro-iliac joints. Sometimes we simply assume it is because we are getting older and we should do more yoga; sometimes we assume that yoga did this to us, and we should stop.
Maybe, it is neither of those issues.
This month long program is designed to help you overcome the stucknesses that are present in your body. Instead of experiencing pain, soreness and an overall feeling of tightness in your body; you will feel lighter, stronger, taller and much more at ease.
What you will get:
- A series of classes designed by Susi that will functionally release tension in the shoulders, hips, torso, spine, neck, and legs. As tension releases the sessions will also build stability, strength and stamina.
- A breakdown of each of the individual movements (that make up the class series) so that you receive an indepth understanding of its purpose and role for improving function and ease.
- An anatomical, biomechanical and kinesiological understanding of each position.
What you will learn:
- The essence of pure movement and why pure and precise movement works to reduce pain, improve mobility, strength and stamina.
- How you can integrate pure movement into your regular classes.
- How you can fundamentally feel better in your body.
As with all the previous online trainings, you will have access to a Discussion Board where you can ask questions and share ah-has and insights.
