How To Do Adjustments in Class
You
see someone in your class who you know is out of alignment but you just
aren't sure how to adjust them. This full day class will give you the
skills and techniques to help you adjust.
The day will consist of:
1. Understanding the anatomy and biomechanics of adjustments. 2. Learning when and when not to use touch. 3. Learning how to place your hands, how much pressure to use, when to use more and when to use less. 4. Knowing when to start and stop. 5. Knowing when to use other body parts - feet, knees, elbows - and how to use them effectively. 6. Practice, practice and more practice.
You'll finish feeling very competent and confident in your ability to use adjustments in class.
