Pre-Requisite: 12 hours of "live" training with me are required prior to this session. Kinesiology of Yoga is a great option and is occurring the 2 days prior to the Intensive.

 The purpose of the Therapeutic Yoga Intensive is two-fold. First, is for you to experience a depth of ease that you didn't feel was quite possible before. Second, I want to give you the basics of working with therapeutic yoga "Susi style" so that after 4 days you can get back into your teaching and apply what you have learned. These 4 days are transformative, and even the most skeptical yoga teachers who have applied these techniques have been simply amazed with the results. Again, another bold statement, but after reading the emails that come to me a week after, a month after and a year after the training, I know that that what I am teaching works. It's not about me, it is about the principles of movement. Understand how a body moves, and you'll be able to help many, many people. Bonus: During the training you will receive both a manual and a bundle of yoga props so you can integrate these concepts immediately into your teaching. The props include a felt pad, spinal strip, and pressed foam block.
