It’s one thing to talk with people when they’ve gotten their groove or graduated from one of my programs, but it’s a totally different game when we’re two months in. So Nicole and Maria are here to share more about what it’s like being two months into the final module, how they’re expanding their practices, and how the program is benefitting their clients.

The neck can be a very classic compensator for issues elsewhere in the body, and there are several ways to deal with neck pain. I remind you of the importance of connecting how we move with how we feel, and share four ideas to help you reduce and eradicate your neck pain.

Understanding where the tension occurs in your body can help you better understand your movement habits and how they relate to pain. We will observe stretch sensations, twists, and breath, and learn to identify your feelings to find less tension and more ease.

By looking closely at common stretches, we can observe what we feel and how our body reacts to the movements and sensations. Because this is an active episode, I suggest you find a chair to sit in as you tune in and follow along.
