With practice, you will become a master of your inner quiet, and exude a radiance of calm, in all situations.
Finding Quiet consists of four 15-minute segments that can be practiced individually or in combination for longer sessions.
Track 1 – develops your awareness of your body
Track 2 – develops your awareness of your breath and teaches you how to breathe with your whole body
Track 3 – develops your awareness of the space outside and inside of you
Track 4 – introduces you to the power and vibration of the sound OM.
