Description
Use a Felt Pad to gently and progressively release the spine for better alignment and stability. The Felt Pad can be used in many ways – whether for head support or SI joint support when supine; or for head support when inverted; or for releasing the spine with the thick or thin roll. The Felt Pad is rectangular in shape and can rolled up 2 ways – one that is thicker and one that is longer but thinner.
The cover is made of cotton and can be easily removed and washed.
