In all Susi’s years of teaching therapeutic Yoga, the two most common physical limitations she has seen are in the shoulders and hips. Even for people with back, neck or knee pain – if they are able to improve the functioning of their shoulders and hips, their back or neck pain becomes much more manageable or even resolved.
