Meet Susi

Susi Hately, B.Sc. Kinesiology and C-IAYT yoga therapist, has set a new standard in yoga and functional movement therapy. For over 20 years, she has taught her private clientele how to be attentive and listen to their bodies so they can reduce issues related to pain, strain, autoimmune flares, prepare for and recover from surgery, and manage ongoing treatment processes like radiation and chemotherapy.

Since 2001 she has trained healthcare professionals and yoga instructors how get consistent results by illustrating that there is no one template for resolving any condition, how each person “embodies and expresses” their condition uniquely and how absolutely essential it is to be present, to “see” the person they are working with, and to truly listen. These 3 factors are keys to faster and more sustainable results.
