As a health-conscious professional, you know that a strong and flexible body means a strong and flexible mind.
That’s why you’ve probably been doing more yoga at home lately…

Something doesn’t feel right – you end up experiencing more tension and possibly even more pain.
Which isn't great for your energy and stress levels.
The secret lies in doing yoga smarter instead of harder - and learning how to subtly adjust your pose so that the right muscles are doing the right work.
Are you ready to unlock the energy and resilience you need to be your best self?
"Susi takes yoga right down to its DNA, teaching us how to use our body in a more functional and systematic way. In doing so, she makes us aware of our own inner activities and helps us to further understand ourselves, but without it feeling invasive. Susi’s yoga appeals to people like things to be intelligent and straightforward.
If you work with Susi, understand that she wants to make us better and to open us up so we can do whatever it is we want to do.”

Susi is a pioneer in the areas of movement, longevity and again – she is translating an ancient language of yoga into a language that the western world can understand
– and that is global impact.”

"In my recovery from hip surgery, Susi’s input has been invaluable. She helped me slow down and really feel what was going on, when my default mode was to push through the pain and ignore my body. This allowed me to cultivate a more refined sense of bodily awareness which, among other things, has enabled me to unravel the movement patterns that were no longer serving me".
- Jennifer, Family Physician
"Yoga helped me through a serious health situation and now has begun to add such positive dimensions to my life that I can't help but recommend it to you. It was a struggle to find a qualified teacher who worked with medical concerns, knew their stuff with Yoga, but also cared about each student in order that the benefits to me were maximized. I hope this note will save you that search when I highly recommend Susi to you. She is nothing short of a gem in my books."
"I was one of those people who thought pain was normal. After learning from Susi, I felt different - almost weird - because I had no pain".
"Susi is an exceptional coach. If you want to work with one of the best, if you want to work with someone who really wants you to succeed, if you want to work with someone who truly walks the walk and talks the talk, work with Susi. She really knows what she is doing".
